The purpose of the Association is to be a community organization to preserve and protect Pickerel Lake and Kimball Lake in Newaygo County and their surroundings, to enhance the lake community, to assist with crime alerts and other security measures, to promote camaraderie among lake property owners, to promote social welfare, to further the common good and general welfare of the people in the lakes community, to promote boat, vehicle and similar safety, to protect the ecology and natural aspects of the lakes, to promote education and communication about lake issues, and to help enhance the water quality, fishery, boating safety, and aesthetic values of Pickerel Lake and Kimball Lake for today and for future generations.
