Outstanding concept of Circus or Carnival Theme using creativity, animation and beauty.
This will be a traveling trophy and only awarded to lake residents.

• SPIRIT OF THE LAKE AWARD
  Awarded to the best patriotic boat.

• CREATED BY CHILDREN AWARD
  We want children (under 12) to be awarded for their creative involvement.
